Project Update #22 – April 2024

The month of April involves forming our tower level 49 and upwards. Formwork and windows have been the primary activities as we continue to build the structure of the building while enclosing it. Suite finishing is also underway with drywall installation ongoing on the 22th floor, tiles on the 7th floor, and painting on the 9th floor. Residents are asked to be mindful of the ongoing concrete, rebar, window, and equipment deliveries along Dundas St. and Bond St. Please exercise caution and be aware of traffic.
