Project Update #25 – July 2024

The month of July involves erecting the structural steel for the Mechanical Penthouse and building envelope. Structural Steel and Windows have been the primary activities as we continue to build the top floors of the building while finishing it. Suite finishing is also underway with drywall installation ongoing on the 36th floor, tiles on the 19th floor, painting on the 21th floor and kitchens on the 17th floor. Residents are asked to be mindful of the ongoing concrete, rebar, window, and equipment deliveries along Dundas St. and Bond St. Please exercise caution and be aware of traffic.
