Project Update #23 – May 2024

The month of May involves forming our Mechanical Penthouse and Roof. Formwork and windows have been the primary activities as we continue to build the structure of the building while enclosing it. Suite finishing is also underway with drywall installation ongoing on the 27th floor, tiles on the 11th floor, painting on the 10th floor and kitchens on the 9th floor. Residents are asked to be mindful of the ongoing concrete, rebar, window, and equipment deliveries along Dundas St. and Bond St. Please exercise caution and be aware of traffic.
