Project Update #24 – June 2024

The month of June involves completing the structural work. Formwork and windows have been the primary activities as we continue to build the structure of the building while enclosing it. Suite finishing is also underway with drywall installation ongoing on the 33th floor, tiles on the 14th floor, painting on the 14th floor and kitchens on the 12th floor. Residents are asked to be mindful of the ongoing concrete, rebar, window, and equipment deliveries along Dundas St. and Bond St. Please exercise caution and be aware of traffic.
