Project Update #26 – August 2024

The month of August involves erecting the structural steel for the Mechanical Penthouse and building envelope. Structural Steel and Windows have been the primary activities as we continue to build the top floors of the building while finishing it. Suite finishing is also underway with drywall installation ongoing on the 42th floor, tiles on the 26th floor, painting on the 24th floor and kitchens on the 20th floor. Residents are asked to be mindful of the ongoing concrete, rebar, window, and equipment deliveries along Dundas St. and Bond St. Please exercise caution and be aware of traffic.
