Project Update #27 – September 2024

The month of September involves erecting the structural steel and windows for the Mechanical Penthouse. Suite finishing is underway with drywall installation ongoing on the 49th floor, tiles on the 26th floor, painting on the 27th floor and kitchens on the 26th floor. Residents are asked to be mindful of the window, and equipment deliveries along Dundas St. and Bond St. Please exercise caution and be aware of traffic.
