Project Update #28 – October 2024

The month of October involves completing the structural steel and windows for the Mechanical Penthouse. Suite finishing is underway with drywall installation ongoing on the 51st floor, tiles on the 36th floor, painting on the 38th floor and kitchens on the 35th floor. Streetscaping has been completed along Dundas St. and currently ongoing on along Church St. Residents are asked to be mindful of sidewalk closure along Church St. and equipment deliveries along Dundas St. and Bond St. Please exercise caution and be aware of traffic.
